How to inflate (refer to the picture for visual instructions)
1. Locate a small valve or opening in the ‘tail’ of the balloon
2. Insert Straw into the valve
3. Hold the neck of the balloon around the straw
4. Blow air to inflate the balloon, be careful not to inflate with too much air as it may pop.
5. Remove the straw and press the valve flat to seal.Indoor and outdoor decoration.
